Clearer communication would have led to a more informed decision. In the future, we'll customise our car from scratch and wait a few weeks rather than buy from stock-only to realise later that it wasn't exactly what we were offered in the first place

Good service, communication about status could have been better. I wasnt informed that the recall work works take longer than a day until I came in to hand my car. I had to call and ask about status which is when I was told it is finished

My repair went in to day two and I unfortunately had to chase for an update. A parts issue meant it would take longer than expected. At that point I requested a curtesy car, at which point Imran made one available for me to collect.

:( Some functionalities from the model we tested were not available in the one we purchased, and this message was not clearly communicated to us. Instead, we were offered the "same" car we tested, but with a gray colour and leather interior finish.

It was my first time there at this branch - Woolwich and service was poor , they struggled to locate the appointment, delayed at pick up, diff pple handled receipt and handover , confused invoices and left the car unwashed, blamed all system issues

The main issues we needed sorting were sorted. However, we were told that the headlamp would be on back order to then find out its not under warranty yet. Then when it came to handover it was really bad. Not the experience I have previously had.

Long wait to book in if I'd of wanted a courtesy car but I was desperate to have the repair done so booked in without one, part didn't arrive on the day as they were hoping so I had to arrange a lift from and to work and collect the following day.

My car was washed and I noticed the difference when I took over my car and drive it. Also, my rear tires were thoroughly explained to me by Derek and was informed of things to bear in mind and watch on my tires. But, the video was not sent to email.

They were initially unable to fully diagnose my issue. I suggested they keep the car another day and they were able to identify what they think is the issue and fitted new parts. I won't know until The weather gets better if definitely fixed.
