I was kept informed of progress and the delivery process took me though all I needed to do to get the car and BMW App set up to my requirements.

Clearer communication would have led to a more informed decision. In the future, we'll customise our car from scratch and wait a few weeks rather than buy from stock-only to realise later that it wasn't exactly what we were offered in the first place

Good service, communication about status could have been better. I wasnt informed that the recall work works take longer than a day until I came in to hand my car. I had to call and ask about status which is when I was told it is finished

The person who serve me named Sammi was brilliant , very helpful, good communicator . I was disappointed that the centre did not have a replacement tyre and I had to take time off to come back for replacement tyre and re MOT.
