Clearer communication would have led to a more informed decision. In the future, we'll customise our car from scratch and wait a few weeks rather than buy from stock-only to realise later that it wasn't exactly what we were offered in the first place

I was told my breakpads needed replacing, at no stage did anyone tell me is advisory and not mandatory. Advisor should have informed me that breakpad is 3.3mm and that 1.5mm is the legal requirement. Just stating 'they will need replacing' not good e

Disappointed with my recent visit to Stephen James Woolwich. Poor car wash, immediate engine issues post-service, and over an hour delay impacted my plans. Staff stayed late to help, which I appreciated, but overall confidence is shaken.

Generally excellent, good comms, polite. Deducting one star because my app still shows that a vehicle inspection is due, yet the vehicle inspection took place per my invoice so something was missed in updating the system to flow through to the app.

Getting the car washed by BMW was a terrible mistake. Car back with dirty swirl marks. Worried it may have caused minor surface scratches. Back seats had indentation marks on as if something was left there for a while

Took two trips and two days without the the car (despite booking a whilst you wait service) to replace a tyre that I said on first trip - had a puncture. Car was returned with tyre is fine. Tyre then deflated again to 12psi.

My repair went in to day two and I unfortunately had to chase for an update. A parts issue meant it would take longer than expected. At that point I requested a curtesy car, at which point Imran made one available for me to collect.
